Which users need to act

  • Web-app and Zeal users should check their migration path. Existing partner-app users should follow their partner's notices.
  • Gnosis Pay's infrastructure and partner card programmes continue.

Account migration comes before the new card

Moving to a partner app initially keeps the account, IBAN and current card. A later platform upgrade brings the partner's new card on its own timetable.

EUR and GBP have different options

Rebind has an EUR migration flow. No matching GBP migration on Gnosis Chain is currently available; opening a MiniPay account on Celo is a separate account, not a transfer.

Prepare for the issuance cutoff

Gnosis advises arranging a backup card before September 30. Its web withdrawal function will remain available after the dashboard closes.

If you prefer to leave

Gnosis says the withdrawal page will stay accessible after the dashboard closes. Open refunds and disputes will continue to completion, with Gnosis support still available to users who have not migrated.

The announcement does not give an exact card shutdown day or a separate voluntary-closure procedure. Contact support about closing the account and any unsettled payments. Moving to a partner app initially preserves card details; the later partner-card replacement requires subscription details to be updated.
