Candidate intake is manual during the MVP. A submitted card must go through source discovery, fact normalization and human approval before it can appear in rankings.
Affiliate terms, sponsored status or referral availability never affect score, rank or eligibility.
1. Candidate triage
Confirm the product is real, relevant and live or clearly watchlisted.
2. Source review
Prefer official terms, fee pages, help centers and product documentation.
3. Human approval
No extracted fact becomes a public claim before review.

The first production-safe output is a candidate task and triage report. It does not approve facts, publish claims, calculate scores or create ranking eligibility.
A submission stays outside public listings, scores and search pages until its sources and normalized facts have been reviewed and publication is explicitly approved.
