01 · Data you submit
Contact messages and update subscriptions are handled separately. Neither becomes part of a card profile, score, ranking or recommendation model.
Questions, corrections, source submissions and privacy requests sent through the contact form.
The email registry used for card launches, practical guides, industry news and subscriber offers.
02 · Technical and browser data
We may process an IP address and standard request information to keep forms reliable and prevent automated abuse. This information is not added to contact messages or subscriber records.
Theme choice may be stored locally in your browser. It is not connected to an email address, wallet or personal card profile.
The current site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics or error monitoring is introduced later, this notice will be updated to explain that processing.
When you leave cryptocard.guide for a card provider or another external site, that service handles its own request and browsing data under its privacy terms.
03 · Storage, retention and safeguards
Hosting, storage, email delivery and mailbox providers may process the information needed to operate the site, deliver messages and maintain subscription status.
Contact and subscription information is kept separate from card research, ratings and recommendation inputs. It is not used to personalize rankings.
We validate submissions, limit automated abuse and retain information only while it is needed for the stated purpose or to keep an unsubscribe request effective.
