01 · Data you submit

Information you choose to provide

Contact messages and update subscriptions are handled separately. Neither becomes part of a card profile, score, ranking or recommendation model.

Contact messages

Questions, corrections, source submissions and privacy requests sent through the contact form.

Data
Topic, subject and message; optional name and reply email; card or provider name, page URL and source URL when relevant.
Purpose
Deliver the message, reply when possible and review a submitted correction, source or request.
Storage
Forwarded to the contact mailbox. Email delivery and mailbox providers may process the message on our behalf.
Retention
Retained as ordinary email while it is needed for the conversation, review or operational record, unless deletion is requested.

Update subscriptions

The email registry used for card launches, practical guides, industry news and subscriber offers.

Data
Email address, subscription status, signup source and the dates needed to record consent and an unsubscribe request.
Purpose
Maintain subscription state and prepare future cryptocard.guide update delivery.
Storage
A dedicated subscriber registry, kept separate from card profiles, rankings and browsing preferences.
Retention
An active record remains until unsubscribe. We may retain the address and opt-out status afterward to prevent further messages, unless deletion is requested.

02 · Technical and browser data

Limited processing keeps the service usable

Request and anti-abuse data

We may process an IP address and standard request information to keep forms reliable and prevent automated abuse. This information is not added to contact messages or subscriber records.

Local interface state

Theme choice may be stored locally in your browser. It is not connected to an email address, wallet or personal card profile.

Cookies and analytics

The current site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics or error monitoring is introduced later, this notice will be updated to explain that processing.

External provider links

When you leave cryptocard.guide for a card provider or another external site, that service handles its own request and browsing data under its privacy terms.

03 · Storage, retention and safeguards

How information is stored and protected

Service providers

Hosting, storage, email delivery and mailbox providers may process the information needed to operate the site, deliver messages and maintain subscription status.

Separation of data

Contact and subscription information is kept separate from card research, ratings and recommendation inputs. It is not used to personalize rankings.

Protection and retention

We validate submissions, limit automated abuse and retain information only while it is needed for the stated purpose or to keep an unsubscribe request effective.

Do not submit account or identity secrets

The forms do not request seed phrases, private keys, recovery codes, wallet balances, payment-card numbers, passwords, one-time codes or identity documents. Exact spending and ATM amounts are not needed for card comparisons.
