Conditions and limits
- Update to iOS 6.3.2 or Android 6.3.3 or later and confirm ordering in the app. Delivery is limited to supported verified residence countries.
- Basic permits three cards and Plus five, counting virtual and physical together. Plus's first physical delivery waiver is one-time; later orders and replacements pay delivery.
- ATM acceptance and card eligibility apply. Help specifies contactless-enabled ATMs and qualifying wallet cards. Up to three $250 withdrawals per 24 hours; operator fees can apply.
Ordering and replacements
The first physical order on Basic has destination-dependent delivery charges of $15.63–$63.45. Plus waives the first physical delivery once; changing plans does not reset that allowance. Physical replacement costs the applicable delivery charge, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
ATM and bank funding
Eligible ATM withdrawals cost 4% on Basic or 2% on Plus, before possible operator surcharges.
Where shown in Tangem Pay, bank deposits cost $1 via ACH or $11 via Fedwire on Basic; Plus waives the provider deposit fee. Incoming USD converts to USDC. Sending-bank fees are separate and bank withdrawals remain unavailable.
