New names and entry price

The old Virtual free promotion has ended. Card access, country gating and reward settlement still follow the current account terms.
What changes in cashback
Lite's 1.5% full-rate band now reaches $1,000 of eligible spend per month instead of $100. Above that band, the rate is 0.5% on further eligible purchases.
Pro remains 4.5% on the first $1,000 monthly and Max 6% on the first $2,000. Each then steps down to 1% on further eligible spend.
