How to qualify

Who receives each cap
Existing Platinum members can receive up to $100 in promotional cashback across their cards. Existing Core members and all eligible new users have a $50 cap. Existing Lite users need to upgrade and confirm that the offer appears in the app.
At the advertised rate, $500 of eligible spend reaches the $100 cap, and $250 reaches the $50 cap. The promotional cap is separate from your tier's ordinary monthly cashback cap. No promotional rate stacks with another rate on the same transaction.
Buy from Apple directly
Purchases at apple.com and Apple-operated retail stores can qualify if the card transaction identifies a qualifying Apple merchant. Products bought from carriers, authorised dealers, other retailers or marketplaces do not. Gift cards, vouchers and store credit are excluded.
Your card payment must be authorised while the offer is active for you and then settle. Placing an order or pre-order during the period does not qualify if authorisation comes later. The FAQ describes a September 12 start and a scheduled two-week period, while the supplemental terms list September 11–25; under the terms, the current Help Center and your personal in-app offer take precedence for dates.
Payout follows a hold
You pay the full purchase price. Eligible cashback is calculated in US dollars and paid in XPL at the payout conversion rate, which may change. The token can lose value.
A 30-day hold starts at settlement for ordinary purchases and dispatch for pre-orders, followed by an eligibility review. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks can remove the reward. Plasma runs the promotion independently; Apple does not sponsor or endorse it.
