The app determines your deadline
The Help Center states a September 8, 2026 start at 18:15 UTC and a scheduled two-week campaign. The legal document lists September 22 as its end date but explicitly gives the Help Center priority for dates and your in-app offer priority for your personal campaign period. Check that deadline before buying; the promotion may end early.
Eligible purchases and the cap
Buy directly through Dyson's official online or Dyson-operated stores. Amazon, other marketplaces, resellers, dealers, gift cards and store credit do not qualify. Your card payment must be authorised during your personal offer period and subsequently settle; placing a pre-order alone is insufficient.
The 20% rate replaces ordinary and category cashback on the purchase. The $100 campaign cap is shared across your cards and is separate from your tier's monthly cashback cap. Normal cashback rules resume after the promotional cap is reached.
Cashback arrives later, in a token
You pay the full price at checkout. At the advertised rate, $500 of eligible spending reaches the $100 cashback cap. Approved rewards are converted to XPL at payout; the token can lose value.
Each purchase has a 45-day hold starting at settlement, followed by eligibility review. Payment on day 45 is not guaranteed. Keep your verified account in good standing through payout. Refunds, cancellations, reversals and chargebacks can remove the reward. This is a Plasma promotion, not a Dyson discount or a partnership endorsed by Dyson.
