How to qualify
- Core or Platinum must be active when the payment is authorized; eligible new and existing members can participate.
- Only purchases through listed marketplaces and qualifying merchant descriptors count: AliExpress, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, JD Worldwide, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, momo and PChome.
- Payments must be authorized November 3 at 14:00 UTC through November 12 at 23:59:59 UTC and subsequently settle. The campaign can end early if its budget is reached.
- 11% replaces the ordinary rate for the same purchase. The US$30 cap covers all cards and listed marketplaces across the entire campaign. No minimum spend.
- Gift cards, vouchers, wallet top-ups, other stored value and excluded transactions do not qualify. Refunds, reversals and misuse can reduce or cancel rewards.
- Rewards are held for 45 days after settlement, reviewed for eligibility, and paid in XPL. The token amount and market value depend on payout pricing.
Where the 11% rate applies
The participating marketplaces are AliExpress, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, JD Worldwide, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, momo and PChome. Eligibility depends on the merchant information received with the card payment. Buying the same item elsewhere does not qualify.
One cap for the whole campaign
The $30 promotional cap covers all participating marketplaces and cards on the same account. There is no minimum spend. This is the total boosted rate for an eligible purchase, rather than an additional 11% on top of the normal rate.
Payment follows settlement and review
An authorized purchase must settle. Each reward then has a 45-day hold and eligibility review before payment in XPL. Refunds and reversals can remove rewards, including after payout under the programme terms.
The promotion may close early when its budget is reached. Check the current terms before a purchase; the scheduled end is November 12 at 23:59:59 UTC.
