Who can use the boost
Plasma describes this as a targeted offer. A cardholder qualifies only when the boost appears in the Plasma One app during the campaign window, and the rate, cap and dates shown there control that person's participation.
The account must remain active and in good standing through payout. Identity, age, jurisdiction and sanctions checks also apply, and Plasma can withdraw or change the offer before its scheduled end.
Which travel purchases can qualify
Eligible spend can include airlines, hotels and other lodging providers, travel agencies and booking platforms. Plasma decides whether a merchant and transaction count as travel, so a travel-related purchase is not guaranteed to qualify.
The purchase must be authorized while the boost is available and later settle. Travel gift cards, vouchers, travel credit, points, miles and other excluded transaction types do not earn the boosted cashback.
Cap, hold and XPL payout
The published rate is 20% with a $50 aggregate cap per Card Account, reached after $250 of qualifying travel spend. There is no minimum spend and no separate per-transaction cap, but all cards under one account share the same $50 ceiling.
Cashback is not earned or payable until at least 30 days after settlement and completion of Plasma's review. The reward is paid in XPL at the payout-time price, so the token value received can differ from the dollar amount recorded when the purchase was made.
Refunds and early withdrawal
A refund, reversal, chargeback or cancellation can reduce, void or trigger a clawback of the cashback. Plasma can also extend review when it needs more transaction or eligibility information.
The scheduled window runs from September 3 at 13:00 UTC through September 16 at 23:59:59 UTC. Plasma may modify, suspend or end the boost earlier, and the offer surface in the app remains the account-level source of truth.
