Solid raises its referral reward to $15 for both users
Solid now offers $15 to both the referrer and the invited user after the referral requirements are completed, and adds in-app referral progress tracking.

What changed
Solid increased the reward for an invited user from $10 to $15. The referrer also receives $15 after the invited user completes the referral requirements, making the cash reward equal on both sides.
The referral offer remains separate from Solid Card cashback and from this site’s scores and rankings.
How the reward is unlocked
The invited user must arrive through a referral link, activate the Solid Card and complete the qualifying card-spend requirement. The currently documented spend threshold is $75.
Referral programmes can be changed or ended by the provider. Users should confirm that the reward appears in the Solid app and review the current terms before completing spend solely for the bonus.
Referral tracking is now visible
Solid also added referral tracking inside the app. Referrers can see who signed up, follow their progress and check when the qualification requirements have been completed.
The update improves visibility but does not remove the qualification requirements or guarantee a reward before Solid confirms completion.
