SAKUBIT
SAKUBIT wants one stablecoin balance to work at a local QR checkout, through a Visa card and across borders. The Indonesian team is building for people who receive digital dollars and spend in local currency.

SAKUBIT is built by PT Digivana Solusi Digital, an Indonesian company within Digivana Group. The team’s starting point is the gap between being paid in stablecoins and buying something locally: selling on an exchange, transferring to a bank and only then making the purchase.
Its planned app brings QR payments, a card and cross-border accounts around one balance. The merchant would receive local currency while the customer spends stablecoins. The platform is aimed at fifteen markets, but that QR footprint is not a confirmed card-issuing country list.
The network roadmap puts Polygon PoS first, with other EVM networks, Solana and TRON planned. Full identity verification is required before a first payment. SAKUBIT describes licensed payment providers without naming a card issuer; its use of the Visa name describes the intended card network rather than a confirmed direct partnership.

CG perspective
Our view of the possibilities, based on the project’s direction.
A traveller might pay by local QR at one shop and use a card at the next. Drawing both from one balance could make stablecoin income more practical in places where QR is already the normal way to pay.
For a freelancer paid in digital dollars, the interesting possibility is skipping repeated exchange-to-bank transfers. The final exchange rate, card charges and supported countries will decide how much of that convenience survives checkout.
